For plants:

We accept exchange on live plants within 14 days of the original purchase. If you have

changed your mind, or your plant is not doing so well, we are here to help. Please email us,

including photos of your plant. We maybe able to troubleshoot if your plant is not thriving.

Please note: we cannot refund shipping fees and plant delivery charges, and the customer is

responsible for return shipping fees for gift items. Plant return/exchange will be at the cost

of customer.

For gift returns we recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package.

Inside wild is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the


If you believe your item to be damaged or defective upon arrival, we’ll happily exchange it

for you or issue you a refund. Please examine your order for discrepancies upon arrival and

send photos of the item within 3 days by email and we will reply with further instructions.

Please do not ship any packages back to inside wild without prior authorization.
