What should I do if my plant isn’t doing too well?
Each week, we work with local growers to source healthy, happy and durable plants. Each Inside Wild plant order comes with a plant care card. We ask that you follow our plant care instructions to give your plant the best chance at thriving in its new home.
If you’re following our plant care instructions and your plant still isn’t doing too well, head on over to our Contact page where you can send us the symptoms of the plant and some photographs – we’ll help you out with some care tips. Sometimes, issues like browning/yellowing leaves, bugs etc. will affect a plant and these things are unfortunately out of our control if they begin occurring within your home.
Just remember, dropping leaves can be very normal, so seeing leaves strewn across the floor doesn’t necessarily mean your plant is dying or sick!
Why does my plant and/or pot look different than what I see online?
Just like people, no two plants are alike. The plant you received is the variety type and size that you ordered but may look a little different to the one pictured on the website. Most of our pots are handmade, so they're all a little different and unique. The handmade nature of these items means they are one-of-a-kind so from time to time there may be subtle differences
